Sallie Harker was born in England and grew up in Scotland. She studied sculpture in Gloucestershire before sailing to Antigua in 1987 where she has lived ever since with her husband and two children. Her husband Dasa has quite a green thumb, so ask about what tropical flowers they have for sale. He also has a fantastic tour through Fig Tree Drive, showing you the other side of the beaches of Antigua.

In 2007 Sallie opened the Fig Tree Studio Art Gallery. Here she sells not only her own work but also creations by artists from all over the Caribbean and abroad. You won’t want to miss this tropically hidden gem.
