Shared ownership home surpasses expectations with steady bookings and 4.88-star guest reviews.

Our first shared ownership villa at The Gardens has completed its first full year of short-term rentals, and the results are encouraging.

Purchased by five owners who were citizenship-motivated buyers, the villa has been available for short-term stays under full management by our partners at Third Shore Property Management. It is featured on their website to book direct as well as on popular booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, giving it broad visibility to travelers seeking high-quality accommodation in Antigua.

In its first year, the villa achieved a 40 percent occupancy rate, outperforming expectations and securing above-market nightly rates for many bookings. Most guests stayed for five nights or longer, with consistent occupancy throughout the year.

While December through March remain the peak season for Antigua, we were pleased to see strong bookings continue through the summer months, particularly in June and July. Notably, the villa was rented every single month of the year, with only a brief slowdown in September.
