Villa 118, a two-bedroom Aloe villa, combines modern design with functional luxury. It features high-end finishes, an open-plan living area, and expansive glass doors leading to a private outdoor space with a pool. The design maximizes space and natural light, setting the standard for future properties at The Gardens. This first completed villa is a shared ownership model, with each owner getting a specified amount of weeks for personal use each year and the ability to sell their share after five years. The property is managed by a third party property management and rental company, so it may be offered for rentals when not in use and homeowners will receive net rental income twice per year. This property, along with all other villas in the development, are approved for citizenship in Antigua & Barbuda.
