Q1 2025 Construction Update at The Gardens

As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, we’re excited to share the latest progress on-site at The Gardens. From fresh groundwork to nearly finished homes, there’s lots of momentum as we continue growing our residential community.

New Homes Taking Shape

Villa 129 – Neem Villa (3-bedrooms) + Guest Cottage: Land has been cleared and base planning is complete. Next step: concrete foundation pour.

Villa 109 – Aloe Garden Villa (2-bedrooms): Our future office and show home is following the same timeline—land cleared, groundwork completed, and ready for the foundation pour.

Villa 55 – Custom Hummingbird Villa (3-bedrooms): Construction has just started, with groundwork underway.

Villa 105 – Neem Villa (3-bedrooms): Nearing completion. Our team is now focused on internal finishes.

Finished Villas

Villa 118 – Aloe Garden Villa (2-bedrooms): Now welcoming short-term guests. This shared ownership home was purchased via our Citizenship by Investment program and is already seeing great rental success and glowing reviews.

Villa 128 – Neem Villa (3-bedrooms) + Guest Cottage: Final touches are underway with the official unveiling just around the corner. Soon to be handed over to its new owners. Stay tuned to see it this month!
