There has been incredible progress and development at The Gardens, especially during the busy summer season.

The updates on Villa 118, a two-bedroom Aloe, have finishing details underway. The custom-made operable louvre windows create beautiful light inside the villa adding a touch of elegance and functionality. There is also ongoing construction of the roof on Villa 105, a three-bedroom Neem. It is in an exciting phase, and we are happy with the completion of the second story’s wall structure. As our project progresses to interior finishing details, it’s clear that careful attention is being given to each stage of construction.

There is anticipation of starting construction on five more villas, including waterfront plots and the recently sold 128 with a three-bedroom Neem and garden cottage, adding an element of growth and expansion to The Gardens development.
