If you’re keen to own a home and spend time in Antigua but would like to reduce the cost, we also offer fractional ownership. This ‘smart-sharing’ ownership means you can own a sixth share of a villa, enjoy a certain number of weeks there annually, and can return net rental income and resale in due course on your share.
