The Garden Cottage is the perfect addition if you’d like another guest room with any of our villa designs or plots.

Our garden cottage offers 835 sq ft of covered space including a bathroom, open-plan living and a covered terrace. The open plans of The Gardens Villa Designs are designed to enjoy the relaxing Caribbean lifestyle. You are able to add a cottage to the backyard of any three of our designs and on any plot. For instance, adding the Garden Cottage to the three-bedroom Neem Villa will give you a spacious 4-bedroom home.

We included the garden cottage to allow the opportunity for an individual guest getaway. There is a private terrace and the guest cottage keeps the same oversized windows, doors and beautiful floors that are included in the other designs. You also have the option of adding an outdoor shower, really embracing the outdoor island lifestyle. The cottage incorporates a one bedroom/studio and one bathroom.
